About the Course
A glimpse into the world of all things mindful and calm. On this journey you will be introduced to some of the many modalities of self-care and wellness. Each week we will look into the history of and learn the basic techniques of each topic. To gain amazing tools and techniques to guide us through what can be a stressful life. Here you will learn to slow it all down to breathe, to reconnect with yourself. This is a chance to learn powerful new skills and how to incorporate those into your every day life.
